Training and Education For All

TEFA is a social enterprise established to help new and small voluntary and community groups.

TEFA provides the following:

Training, Research and Development, Small Grants, Newland Avenue International Festival, Funding Research, Cultural Awareness Workshops, Collection of Ethnic Artifacts

Training

TEFA is dedicated to providing and delivering education with any number of different training schemes to a large number of people. What follows are examples of what we do.

Research and Development

TEFA offer support in Research and Development what follows are examples:

Cultural Awareness Workshops

We deliver a range of workshops that give a taste of different cultures and help participants to appreciate the value of diversity. Workshops can be themed around your particular requirements and will be delivered by people from those's cultures.

Newland Avenue Festival

Brings together people from all over the world to celebrate cultural diversity through music, food exhibitions and dance.

Small Grants

Small and new voluntary and community groups may apply for small grants up to £100 to:

Develop innovative ideas, Help with publicity and marketing, Organise consultation meetings,

Collection of Ethnic Artefacts

International Heart of Hull has an unrivalled collection of ethnic artefacts available for use in workshops, exhibitions and other activities. Rates and loans by negotiation
